Getting in shape for sping!

After months of bingeing and not exercising because its been so cold, it's finally time to buckle down and get in shape. Spring tends to sneak up on me, now warm weather is right around the corner and I want to make sure in shape for all the activities I have going on.

I plan on doing my Tapout Extreme Training videos daily. Developed by professional trainer, Mike Karpenko, it combines synergistic fun cardio, strength and core with power MMA kicks, punches and throws to take before and after results to a new level. I'll be feeling better about myself in no time.
They say the majority of losing weight comes from your diet. And I have big expectation for this Oxygen Water Pitcher. This 62 oz. Big Pitcher saturates your drinking water with oxygen that's immediately absorbed by soft tissue in the mouth, esophagus & stomach. With more energy from this water, I'll have more energy to work out.

I want to start working on building my muscles rather than just burning fat. The Body Bow Fitness Trainer is sure to help me do that. It features variable resistance that lets you adjust it to your current - & future - levels of strength. Just 15-20 minutes a day and I'll have bigger muscles before I know it.
On days that I'm really busy I find I really don't have time to work out for an hour or more. That's why I like this 3-minute Leg Machine. In just 3 minutes a day, it lets you sculpt all the muscles in your legs and buns. The movement mimics squats and lunges which have been proven to be the best exercises for building your legs.

Remember summer is less than 12 weeks away and that means you have less than 12 weeks to get fit. I intend to use all these Heartland America items to help me get in shape before its too late.

Rain, Rain, Go Away

When I think of spring I think of rain. The snow is beginning to melt here in Minnesota and that just means flooding and mud. Since it's now to warm to snow, the rain will be right around the corner and as much as I love a good thunderstorm, I hate the rain.

Luckily I found these Duck Head Aquaduck Shoes. Instead of ruining my regular shoes in the mud and muck and I can throw these on when I go to the grocery store. Plus they're not as cluncky as rain boots, so I can still be fashionable and practical. And they have a  padded footbed & cloth lining for all-day comfort & round toe with bow on vamp.

I absolutely cannot stand when the rain is falling really heavy and I run in from outside and the next thing I know, my clothes are soaked and I have to change. This Mossi Rain Coat definitely helps. It keeps me dry no matter how heavy the rain. Plus I can use it during fishing season, plenty of pockets to keep all of my lures in.

The number one thing I hate about the rain during spring time is trying to bring my dog anywhere. Dogs don't know difference and they'll walk right through a puddle and then jump in my car! I'm hoping this Pet Seat Cover will help with that. It'll cover my whole back seat so when Buddy jumps up there he can get mud wherever he wants, I know my seats are protected.

I love knowing summer is right around the corner, but in the mean time I'll have to suffer through the cloudy rainy days of spring. I'm hoping with all the these products I don't leave spring completely soaked and muddy.

Motorcycle Season

Today's the first day of spring and even though it doesn't feel like it in Minnesota, motorcycle season is upon us. I've been itching to start up my bike and go for a ride. I've been checking Heartland's website and catalogs for the best motorcycle products. They have a lot of stuff I use during bike season, and for way cheaper than I've seen anywhere else.

This USA Motorcycle Jacket is so cool and will be perfect when I'm riding at night, it's warm and protective.

You can never be too cautious when you're out riding, that's why I really like this Concealed Motorcycle Vest.

I've always wanted leather chaps, but I've never been able to afford them. These Leather Chaps are only $39.99.

I plan on going to Sturgis this year and I'm going to need something to carry all my things for that long road trip. These Saddle Bags Each measures measure 6" x 14" x 12".
And lastly, I want to be able to communicate with my buddies when I'm riding this summer. This Blinc Bluetooth Helmet allows us to communicate, plus if I'm riding alone I can listen to my MP3 Player through my helmet.
Get prepared for riding season by shopping at heartlandamerica.com! Remember, it's only a matter of time before the snow melts and you can hit the pavement.

March Madness

March madness is right around the corner, and I couldn't be more excited. It's the only thing that keeps me entertained until football starts again.  I plan on watching as many games as possible this year, just posting up at home on my couch and tracking all my favorite teams.

I have my huge LCD TV set up perfectly so I wont miss a thing. With a 1920x1080 resolution I know I'll be able to see all the details of each game. You can't really go wrong with a TV that's 42 inches and over.

Along with the perfect TV I'll need a perfect laptop with good Wi-Fi capabilities to track all the scores. My 40GB Duo Core Notebook Computer has it all, a 14" LCD display, 40 GB hard drive, and wireless internet. Every game that I can't watch will be easy to track on this computer.

And what goes better with basketball than fresh hotdogs? My Hot Dog Roller will be heated up and ready to go when I get hungry. It cooks several hotdogs and buns at a time so I can have my buddies over to watch the game and enjoy a few dogs.

Only a couple weeks left until the games begin, I'm rooting for Butler, Kansas and of course Minnesota, who are you rooting for?
